LMA has been providing architectural/planning services from offices at Leschi marina on Lake Washington since 1973.

With an experienced team including eleven architects, we provide the full range of services including feasibility design studies, space planning, programming, master planning of large developments, architectural design and interior design. Our knowledgeable staff averages over 20 years experience at LMA, so we are able to understand design goals and issues very quickly and develop realistic and imaginative design solutions in a very short time frame. Our clients consist of individual building owners, developers, corporations and tenants. Our project types include office, retail, recreational, financial, auto sales/service, mixed use, manufacturing and distribution.
We are advocates of the team build process, as are many of our clients. Most of our projects are designed with early involvement of a selected general contractor for better control and effective decision-making that helps with cost and schedule.
Our goal is to provide the client with the best value in design and construction for the budget available, and help to make the process an enjoyable experience with successful results.
Most of our projects are with repeat clients or the result of recommendations from past clients or professionals within the real estate development field.
